What type of events do you attend?
We’re booked for many, many different types of events and we cater for small groups of guests up to large crowds, so we’re definitely prepared for whatever you have in mind. And we bring in experienced additional staff if required.

What food and drink do you generally serve?
It’s a comprehensive list of food and drink, which you’ll find listed in the What’s on the menu? section.

Do you serve vegetarian food and/or cater for special dietary needs?
Yes we do. Just ask us if you have specific requirements in mind for your event and we’ll make sure they’re on the menu.

What about insurance and other documentation?
We meet, and exceed, all statutory industry requirements – for the way we prepare and cook food, as well as our facilities, trailers and generators. You can find out more in the Peace of Mind section.

Is this your main business?
Yes. We’ve been a full-time professional catering company for over 25 years, which is reflected in the experience and quality of service we can provide. This is definitely not a ‘bit of extra cash at the weekend job’. It’s our business and, personally, a career that we love.

How much does it cost to hire you?
This depends on where your event’s being held, how long you’d like us to open for, and the number of guests we might be serving. When we know what you’re planning, we can supply you with an accurate quote. To find out more, simply contact us.

What about your menu prices?
For private events, the food and drink is already included in the hire cost. If we’re attending a public event, our prices are based around the cost of the rent.

Do you have any recommendations or letters of satisfaction from previous customers I could see?
Yes. We'd be happy to provide some on request.

How environmentally friendly are you?
This is something we think is very important, so please take a look under 'Our green credentials' section to find out more.

Can I just book you for just a couple of hours?
You can. But because we need to travel to and from an event, set up and pack away, as well as prepare and cook food, we charge by the day – which is the industry norm.

How quickly can you set up?
We really only need around 2 hours to set up for one unit , although it’s less if the area is ready and clear.

Do I need to supply a source of power?
No, every unit has their own near-silent generator although if we’re attending an event that requires us not to run one, we simply need a 32-amp supply.
