Naturally, our units have appropriate HACCP documentation, so they meet all current Food Standards Authority hygiene legislation.
As a family business we set our own exacting standards, which often far exceed any statutory requirements. And we pride ourselves on kitchen cleanliness, food quality and the presentation of both our trailers and staff.
We also have:

• Membership to the Nationwide Caterers Association (NCASS) which means we follow a stringent, industry approved code of practice
• Gas and electric safety certificates, tested annually
• Fire assessment
• Our business is registered with Guildford Borough Council: giving you the reassurance that our units have passed a detailed and thorough local authority inspection.
Our green credentials
As well as taking our environmental responsibilities very seriously, we think good food and drink tastes even better when its been ethically sourced.
That’s why we use wholesome free-range eggs and high quality Fairtrade coffee. Our paper cups and napkins are recycled, we cook with pure vegetable oil and we only ever serve premium quality meats. Of course, veggie options are always on the menu and we can ‘go organic’ at any event, if you’d like us to.
‘Little and often’ is our motto when preparing food. And it’s an approach that not only ensures everything we serve is fresh; it means that almost nothing goes to waste.
